smooth process. The front desk was very helpful especially the one names Nurida, we reached out to her for a rental motorbike nearby, and she helped us out by contacting the rental place and booked us grab car to the adress as well. She was also helped us in exchanging money (using her cash baht) the day after we checked out because we were running out of baht to pay grab car directly to the terminal bus. Everything is great, the room is nice and tidy,got wifi,smart tv,netflix,disney, hbo & etc. i would rate 10/10 overall. Might as well come here again later :)

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were neat, clean, and spacious, with a bathroom that was equally roomy. The balcony was of a decent size, perfect for some fresh air. The location is great, just a short walk to the Khlong Floating Market in Hatyai. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and it was a bonus that some of them spoke Malay. Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 9/10."

This is my second time staying this hotel.. what i like about this hotel because room is so big.. bed also king saiz.. brand new hotel.. just walking distance to floating market. smart tv in the room. really recomended hotel

Location of the hotel is very near hatyai's famous floating market. Connectivity to highway also means it is easy to drive around town. The room is very spacious & clean. Kid's friendly & the staffs are able to converse in Malay too.

The place was just 2 mins away from Khlong Hae Floating Market. It is about 10mins to hatyai central. The hotel also provide bike rental service which is so convenient. Hotel was clean and it was really a pleasant stay
